We live in a culture that doesn’t believe many of us when we speak our truths, particularly those of us who live with (often multiple) marginalized identities. We live in a culture that gaslights us and conditions us to believe it is “all just in our heads” when we speak out about the lived experiences of our bodies. We live in a culture that tells us we cannot trust ourselves. We live in a culture that tells us we cannot trust our bodies and the stories they hold. What if you could trust yourself? What if you were given wide open permission to tell your stories;  to write to stories living in your body? What if it wasn’t all in your head, but exquisitely and devastatingly alive and living deep in your bones? Each session of In Your Bones will now be 3 weeks long and will focus on a different theme related to trauma & the complex intersections with being human. The next session will focus on Trauma & Chronic Illness. You can learn more and register at the link in our bio. ・・・ . . . . . . . . . . . #TraumaandCo #Trauma #ComplexTrauma #PTSD #PTSDAwareness #CPTSDAwareness #CPTSD #TraumaInformed #TraumaSupport #Embodiment #Embodied #Somatic #Body #ListenToYourBody #TheBodyRemembers #BodyMemory #BodyMemories #BodyTrust #BodyReclamation #BodyLiberation #YourStoryMatters #ChronicIllness #ChronicPain #ChronicFatigue #Illness #Pain #Spoonie #SpoonieLife #SpoonieLiving #Spoonies
